Training Information
In order to assist you in understanding the requirements of rate enhancement enrollment and participation, training sessions have been scheduled. These training opportunities are optional for enrollment; however, participation in the training is recommended.
Each training sessions will cover the following:
Proper completion of the Enrollment Worksheets;
Proper completion of the Enrollment Contract Amendment;
Enrollment Limitations; and
“Roll-over” enrollment

The training presented via Webinar does require registration. Webinar is an interactive online training. Once registered, you will receive a website link to access the presentation and a conference call number to call in and participate in the training session.
